What ufo can do

Name the folder, file, owner, or date range when you know it.

Find the latest board deck in the Finance shared drive. Check its revenue totals against the connected spreadsheet and report differences. Do not edit either file.

Use Drive as knowledge

Use a synced source to keep selected folders searchable as workspace knowledge or to start work after changes.

Fix Drive access

Confirm that the connected account can open the file in Google Drive. Reconnect if the grant expired. Connect Google Sheets when a task must update spreadsheet cells or formulas.
