Web portal

The web portal opens a new conversation with the workspace’s main agent. Use it for reports, files, long investigations, and application changes.

Start and find conversations

Select New chat for a new task. Open the Chat application to list recent conversations and search for an older one.

Continue a conversation when your request needs its context. Start a new conversation for unrelated work.

Move through the portal

• Apps lists Chat, Tasks, Radar, Artifacts, and other applications you can use.
• Tasks has separate views for runs, schedules, and source triggers. Open a run to read its conversation.
• Radar opens scheduled reports with their files and conversation.
• Artifacts lists files and hosted sites that agents shared with the workspace.
• Connectors shows connected accounts and services.
• Channels shows the places where the workspace can receive and send messages.
• Workspace opens settings for the team, applications, channels, skills, memory, credentials, usage, and billing.

Stop a running turn

Use the stop button in the conversation. The turn ends and does not resume. If you send another message before the turn stops, that message starts a new turn.

Agent access

Admins can open every agent. Other members can open workspace agents, agents they created, and private agents that were shared with them.

To share a private agent, ask in that agent’s conversation:

Ask in the same place to remove access.
